| Corgenix adds Chief Financial
Officer and two highly respected outside Board members to strengthen its

Corgenix receives the country’s first FDA clearance
for two new anti-Prothrombin diagnostic tests. These tests assess the risk for certain cardiovascular disorders characterized by
blood clot formation (thrombosis).

Corgenix receives worldwide (excluding Japan) rights to Chugai Pharmaceutical
Company’s intellectual property to manufacture and market a key diagnostic test that
measures hyaluronic acid (HA), a unique indicator of liver
disease and arthritis.

Corgenix files a 510(k) Pre-market Notification submission to the US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) for market clearance of HA in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

For the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2001, Corgenix reports record revenues of
$4.23 million and record net income of $296,000.

2000 |
| To improve efficiency and better serve the future needs of its expanding
worldwide distribution network and customer base, Corgenix re-aligns its UK
operations to assume direct responsibility for all European, African and Asian
business. In addition, Corgenix signed a new distribution agreement with
Carter-Wallace, Inc, a New York based company and Orinon Diagnostica, a Finnish
medical company to market certain diagnostic products through the United
Kingdom.

FDA clearance to market their test kit to detect IgA antibodies to
phosphatidylserine, a laboratory diagnostic test to aid in the diagnosis and
risk assessment of blood clotting disorders. The addition of this test allows
Corgenix to market the most complete line available of immunological tests for
antiphospholipid syndrome.

completes a major expansion of its worldwide distribution network by
establishing agreements with healthcare companies in South America, Australia,
New Zealand and India.

continues its focus on product and organization excellence by receiving ISO 9001
certification, the international standard for quality management systems to
facilitate global commerce.

Corgenix
introduces four test kits to aid in the diagnosis and risk assessment of blood
clotting disorders. The new tests include assays to detect antibodies to Beta 2
Glycoprotein I and a Monoclonal Free Protein S Antigen test kit.

| REAADS Medical Products merges with Grey Wolf Technologies to form
Corgenix Medical Corporation. Form 10-SB is filed and accepted by the SEC and
shares begin publicly trading over the counter using the symbol: COGX. |

| REAADS launches three new diagnostic products to aid in the diagnosis of
vascular diseases: Protein C, Protein S and von Willebrand Factor.

kits for Hyaluronic Acid and CETP are launched in the United Kingdom.

| REAADS Medical Products establishes REAADS UK, Ld. with offices in
Peterborough, UK.

clinical electrophoresis instrumentation and technology located in Beaumont,

| The rapid growth of business with the launch of REAADS in 1990
necessitates an increase in facility size by 100% to a total area of 7,200

| REAADS Medical Products, Inc. is established as a Delaware corporation
and opens for business on August 15, 1990 in Boulder, Colorado.

five diagnostic test kits to aid in the diagnosis of various autoimmune and
vascular diseases. Kits include IgG anticardiolipin, IgM anticardiolipin, anti
double-stranded DNA, anti-Sm, and Extractable Nuclear Antigen tests kits.
